Will this cause me duplicate content penalty?

I submitted my URL to a few dozens free directories. 2 of the directories that listed me have this.

1. The first directory has a "cache" of my homepage. "http://www.example.com/cached?url=www.mysite.com&token=mysite

2. The second site has a "http://www.example.com/link_in_frame.php?link=18133" and displays my homepage.

Will these links hurt me in terms of duplicate content penalty? Please advice. Thank you.

Google will figure it out. They can detect what is going on. You could contact them and ask them to remove.
