Is this normal?

I just added a new few new pages to my site a couple weeks ago and they went right into the supplemental index. Did I do something wrong? Here's one URL:

<snip>

Do new pages start here in the supplemental then come out? Everything on this page is original, and I thought I laid it out correctly for keywords, descriptions, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

No, it is not 'normal'.

You have a problem; youned to sort it before it affects existing pages.

This problem is also faced by me, but when I linked that internal page from the Home page it was out of the supplemental index after a month.

But I would be interested to know what causes new pages to go supplemental

I experienced a simialr thing, long story short I have a site with some a in an internal directory that is very popular. The main index page was a basic description and a coming soon that remained unchanged for 2 or 3 years. :P

I finally got around to updating the main index page and and added some new pages. 50% of them went supplemental as soon as they were indexed which was quite a suprise to me since they were linked to directly off the main index page. Anyhow they only stayed that way for about a month.

I've had this happen recently with new pages linked from the home page. I even got some decent incoming one way links to the pages, and they still are in supplemental. I used to think good external links were the way out of supplemental. Maybe they have to get some page rank as well. Too soon to tell.
