Hi,

We have many unique content articles.

We insert some links at these articles to links to our site pages.

From time to time, we change the links in the unique articles.

Also sometimes we did a little bit content update at our site. For example, sometimes we change the words which are bold. <h></h>

Is this fake content update?

Is the links called churn links?

Is it good or bad to our keywords ranking in search engine like google?

Thanks.

I think that changing the links and changing your headings... at least as you're describing it... will only confuse Google at best. I don't see how it would be useful for your users or for giving Google a better idea what your site is about.

There are times where changing content might make sense, but it doesn't sound like it does in your case. See this recent thread for more discussion on the subject...

How do search engines treat constantly rotating content?
For example forum news content that loops.
