I make one page a month that is a record of new things that I've added to the site. I've been doing it for 7 years and now have a large collection of these old pages, a lot of them have outgoing links and I don't want to check them anymore - so would it be better to just delete them or no index them? I kind of like having them, but I might be the only person that finds them interesting.

Also wondering, the old pages have an average pr of 2, and make up around 8% of all pages on the site, so how will that effect the pr of the rest of the site, if they are deleted or no indexed?

In a choice between deleting or no-index, I would go with no-index. They may have value for the occasional user, even if there is some link rot.
