Page Rank 6 with no links above PR5?

Is is possible to archive page rank 6 if the site has links from page rank 5 sites.

Sure it is - but note that Page Rank is not defined for a site, only for a URL (page). There's nothing in the Page Rank forumula that limits a url to being the same or lower PR than its backlinks.
