Cache date is almost 1 month old - should I be worried?

when i search for our keywords i click the cached version of our page and the last result is taken from 19th Apr 2007.

funny thing is, this is the same for other online stores that use the same e-commerce solution as us.

The cache can be weeks or months old sometimes. I would worry a bit if it became more than about 3 months.

Does Google still visit the site? Check using your site log files.

Does the page change a lot? I'd be more worried about older dates if the content was constantly changings.

it gets a little tweak every now and then but nothing major.

price changes ect.

as mentioned before, the strange thing is that other sites that use the same e-commerce host as us seem to have the same cache date.
