Offline Site Removed From Google Results

Hi, I hope someone can help.

Our 2-year-old retail store was offline for 7 days due to a technical crisis and now it is back online. Our store just disappeared from Google search results (we are PR5 and appeared in the top 2 results for our key terms just last week).

I just re-verified the site in Google Webmaster Tools. Do we need to contact Google? Are we starting over?

Thanks for reading this and for any insight or help you can offer. We worked really hard to build a great web site and we were excited to reach the Top positions in searches.

How long has it been since the site came back up? It should make it back in the index in a week or two (perhaps less).

Actually, it's back in the Google index now but we have lost about 1,000 pages that Google once had cataloged from our site. The site has been back online now for about 4 days after it was down for a week.
