Google Webmaster Tools shows no inlinks?

Is anyone else having problems with Google Webmaster Tools? The Links tab was not working for a while, not it shows no incoming links at all....

My sites Google Webmaster Tool is showing zero inbound links to my site from yesterday evening. Initially, I thought must be some problem but same story today. This is making me worried as it was more the 600 inbound links till day before yesterday.

What can be the possible reason?
Or is my site going under penalty?

Please help...
