Sitemaps - External and internal links going and gone

I noticed this morning that most of the extrenal and internal links for my sites in the sitemaps tool are gone. Traffic still seems to be normal though...

I was wondering if anyone else is seeing this...

All I could see this morning for one site was a small handful internal links, but listed under external links. Looks broken to me.
