After reviewing the different topics here for awhile it seems that when a site has lots of pages go supplemental all internal linking from tose pages are lost and that is a main factor that I think really destroys rankings.

My question is, other than changing all meta descritions on those newly supplemental pages (mine were dynamic) and making sure all titles are different... How do you get and what else can be done to get those pages back into the main google index for one's site, site:www.?.com

thanks. s

You'll have read that there's several different reasons for pages going supplemental.

You need to find which of those reasons apply in your site, and fix the problem.

A big 'supplemental problem' is classic sick site syndrome; there may be several small factors that apply - or one major one.

Identikit meta tags is one major reason, duplicate content is another. Others are much less common.

Diagnose first; then treat!
