It shouldn't be a problem since my website had PR value of 5. I had lots of backlinks, lots of traffic from google and other search engines. I thought after removal, it would take a week to get reindexed. but NO!
Even after a year, my website is still not indexed and has a PR value of 5. I submitted it to Google 2 times in a year, emailed them, but no answer and I also tried posting on google groups. No luck whatsoever.
So, any tips?
Also, check the source code to make sure your site has not been hacked and have malware on it. Look for scripts on your pages that do not belong there or your not aware of.
Google will not index hacked sites with malware on them.

Pages removed using G's removal tool are out of the index for six months.
Now, hopefully the fix is something simple. If I correctly remember, in order to use G's removal service you have to first block the pages in robots.txt to show that you have actual control of the site. Did you remember to remove the block from your robots.txt?
As far as google is concerned, your site is probably starting fresh
All your old backlinks are probably gone, conciensious webmasters remove dead out going links regularly, its important
Consider a new link building campaign, you surely know how to do this
You really should also open a google webmaster account
Don't delist your site or any site again, its a really bad idea,
One thing, do you have multiple index paths into your site like this? :
/default.htm
/index.htm
I'm suspicious Google has indexed pages that you are not expecting them to, and the duplicate content filter might have been applied. This often happens when new pages are applied en mass to an old site and the architecture [ indexing paths / URL's ] are duplicated in error.

GoogleGuyNOTE: Do not submit your own site to our url removal tool in attempt to force a canonical url. I repeat, do not submit your own site to our url removal tool. Using the url removal tool was some idea that a WebmasterWorld member came up with and started talking about. I just talked with user support about a reinclusion request, and using the url removal tool on your own site will *not* help. All it will do is remove your site for six months.
The user support person asked me to emphasize not to remove your site with the url removal tool; it won't do what you are trying to do.
zeus, I'm not sure if there's a way to undo the url removal you submitted for your own site. I'll ask someone to check it out if it can be done though.
this is what is on my url removal page. Should I expect reindexing on the end of this month?
