Well, after a few days of fighting with the company, I finally got up and running. Before all this, I was ranked at #5 (roughly) for my primary keyword. Then when G found out that I wasn't there anymore, it dropped me.
I'm not complaining, as I would do the same thing. If I were a search engine, I wouldn't want my users being presented with sites that don't exist anymore.
When I came back, G inevitably makes the rounds, and I get found again. Shot back up to 50 or 60 something in the SERPs. No problem. I figured that it would just take some time for all my links out there to get found again, and G would eventually come around.
About a couple weeks later I climbed up to 20 something, but then after that, I dropped to around 35. Since then, the site doesn't seem to move. It's been over a month now and I'm still stuck there..... hanging out in limbo.
Logically, I shouldn't have to fill out a re-inclusion request, as the site still ranks. Is there anything a guy can do? Has anyone here dealt with something like this before?
First, I completely dropped. Then came back after my registration went through. Then dropped to page four, then page five, and today page seven.
Pages are loosing PR left and right, ect. Don't understand whats going on here. I haven't made any distinct changes recently. I haven't received mass amounts of links. I haven't tried spamming the engine with all kinds of weird tactics... nothing.
I just keep falling from grace for no apparent reason. Is there a flux going on right now? New search results coming soon?
Anyone else having this problem?
I guess the ONE thing that I did change was on Friday last week.... I added no-follow to several link partners sites (cause they were linking out to SEO firms, link helper companies, etc.), and deleted several more.
There is also one thing my site offers that some others don't... and thats an affiliate program. As far as I understand it, I thought that there is no way any kind of incoming link can hurt you. Has this changed?
Thoughts?

I know of only ONE link so far that was dropped. It was a good link too. However, I just can't imagine that ONE link out of 800+ would make the difference between page one and page 7.
Also noticed that I have some oddball pages loosing page rank, or not being indexed anymore. It's just weird...
One page has a listing of all the products I offer, plus has some general text about these types of products at the bottom. I never put a whole lot of work into the page, and really didn't care if it ranked or not. Just seems odd that it's no longer in the index with obviously NO PR. Maybe I'm tripping a filter some where?
