The inurl: operator shows a supplemental url - I thought it was just primary

I have a page on my site that comes up with the inurl: command, but it is listed as supplemental.

Has anyone ever seen this before? I thought the inurl: command would only show pages in Googles primary index.

Under certain circumstances inurl and -inurl can show supplemental results.
