Google crawling site for about 10 days - but only one page indexed

Any one help me for this issue,

I am a new webmaster. i have a problem that google crawling my site and i think crawling most of page i have launch my site about 1 months ago. but i see only one url in google search engine. so tell me what is the reason or how much time taken to i see all my pages in google?/
