3 version indexed of a single page

www, non www and index.html

I have a problem like domain is indexed with 3 different format.

domain.com
www.domain.com
www.domain.com/index.html

how can we have only 1 in index. May this can do some damage there..?

You may want to look around at redirects, depending on if you are using apache or IIS, the forums here have great posts about how to redirect example.com to www.example.com as well as www.example.com/index.html to www.example.com. If its apache, jim over in the apache forums is a whiz, [webmasterworld.com...]
If its IIS, you can check here: [webmasterworld.com...]

Ideally you only want one result, as there could be a penalty for duplicate content. And it helps to focus PR correctly.
