Strange - 2 Title is Google

... a competitor site has two different titles in Google for one page?

Has anyone seen this before? A competitor site I monitor has two home page titles for two diffeent keyword searches for the home page? Am I too young to have seen this before? :)

Could be that one is the title that's actually on the page, and one is the ODP title (returned for a search where Google thinks the ODP title is a better match). Have you checked this out?

I've seen that for my own pages when they are updated the cache.

They have an old and new version both cached at the same time and show different version for different search.

Yup youre right. Cheers - I forgot about dmoz as I havent ever managed to get a link in there after years of trying ( a couple of times anyway) :)
