Last week, one of my sites home page get caught by supplemental results.

The site is a PR5. I really donīt update content frequently, but I work really hard on linking.

It didnīt have lots of url indexed, and some of them were already in supplemental, but the index was really doing great and winning positions on google under very competitive kws. (top 5 under 2 words kws)

1. Some urls have very similar content (index too) but are not in supplemental, why google choose to punish home page?
2. Is it possible to be punished for not updating content, although the inlinking progress?
3. This happened 10 days ago: should I wait some more time or start making changes on my site structure and page content?

Thxs!

It has happened to me on several PR4 and PR5 pages but after a few days/weeks everything returns to normal. The wonders of Google!
