Links in Webmaster Tools - Are they prioritised?

How are the links ordered in Webmaster Tools

I'm curious to understand if the external links in Webmaster tools are ordered by importance or strength by Google.

In our case i find that every one of our inner site pages are organised in the same way, something like this:

Top:

-Popular and recognised forums , often with no visible PR
-.edu links [ i considered these to be authorative]
-Directory links
-Same C Block links

Bottom

How are other members finding their links organised?

That's a very good question. I find that mine are sorta mish-moshed together. 1 link from a very good source right next to a scraper site.

I've tried to find a logic to them, but I don't see any pattern.
