I read through this forum about LINKING TO QUALITY sites/ can you define what that means? How would I know what a high quality site is? Is having a high PR enough? Lots of traffic? Well designed?
Also, if I link to a site with X-rated images but lots of traffic and a PR of 5/10 would google penalize me for that?
