Waiting for Google to index the whole website

Does having a PR mean Google crawled my site?

Not all my pages have a PR. My index home page has a PR of 4/10. all other pages dont show anything on the green toolbar.
I did a google search: site:example.com
about 10-15 pages showed up!
does that mean the rest of the pages arent yet indexed? I have had this website for over 10 month however started from scratch 2months ago meaning that I changed all files/folders and did not redirect any pages because I had already removed all pages off my server.

The visible Page Rank doesn't update very often - G will already have it's own internal, invisible PR assigned to the pages - you're just not seeing it yet.

Yeah, that's probably the case. Might have to do with this:

Give it some time, get more inbound links, and keep adding content.

In site:mydomain.com, if all your pages are listed, they are crawled and indexed. If only some of them are listed, only they are crawled and indexed. Only way is to keep adding more content, get more links (not from link farms)
