Recovery from Server Being Down

How long does it take?

Our site was down for 2 1/2 days due to technical problems 10 Days ago.
We had super Google rankings for both primary and secondary terms before our troubles. Evidently, Google tried to spider when we were down. Our current rankings are not nearly as good.
Everything else being equal, how long should it take to get our old rankings back?

If your site was historically well ranked for a long time you should see it close to your former position in a few days/weeks.
The current rankings may not have anything to do with your server being down however.

server down for 2.5 days >>> move to another hosting. period. It's unacceptable.
