Differences in PageRank for the Same URL

I noticed that there are differences in page rank for some websites. Google's toolbar can show different PageRank then other places on the web i check pageranks. Is it because they take data from different data centers?

Or other reasons?

That could be one reason. Alternatively, the data elsewhere may be cached, or it may be reading PR data from /index.html or [mydomain.com...] rather than from [mydomain.com...]

Other reason might be diff datacenters as you said , or some PR update for your urls :) in on the cards
