Personaly I think this is normal be cause the IP/nameservers first have to get noticed on all google servers, but Im not sure and now It has been 2 weeks, everyday the visits gets a little less and rankings are not good on all google servers.
I moved my sites from on server to another, that includes Ip and nameserver changes of cause
Firstly, there is no reason that moving your site(s) from one server to another should involve nameserver changes. You can leave the nameservers alone and just point the www and example.com records to the new ip. (Equally, you can adjust nameserver records without changing the ip address of a site.)
1. Did you make any attempt to adjust the TTL values in your DNS before the move? (Not that many people pay much attention to DNS TTL values these days, but hey...)
2. It's likely that your old DNS records were cached around the globe by various ISP's nameservers. Did you make sure that those clients using the cached addresses (which might well have included SE spiders) could still access your site on the old address?
