How can a new owner "clear" a domain with Google?

I have recently bought 3 domain names for a new project....they were all parked....the usual spam websites with lots of links and adverts you get when you go to a parked domain name.

I think the best think would be to get them "resetted" before working with them.

How can I do that without being mistaken by someone who did something wrong in the past by Google and being on a dodgy-webmasters list somewhere in the Google offices?

First make sure all problems are cleared then just file a reinclusion request in the usual place, Webmaster Tools. Explain the situation in polite, short, matter-of-fact language and let them know you are concerned. I would not ask for a specific action; leave it the good folks at Google to decide what is best.

I had a similar experience and received an email back in about two weeks.
