Why does this "site:www.example.com all" bring up medical links?

...try it...am I missing something?

site:www.example.com all

This seems to bring up medical queries in the one box for any site I try. Any ideas?

Hmm, that is odd!

I can't offer any suggestions why it could be doing that, just that yup, I see it to.

Unfortunately there is a simple explanation.

ALL is an acronym for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia; the most common Leukemia in children.

As you are doing a site search with just one word (which is complicated by being a stopword) that happens to be an acronym, the options are there to help people search more effectively.

Of course, your site: stipulation means that if you drilldown on your query you may not find anything; apart from an urge to donate to a worthy charity.

Thought as much but too ignorant to know this. Learning something everyday.
