Fluctuations in PR.

I have a site which had a PR of 7, but after the Google upgradation it is showing a PR of 6 in the toolbar. But whn checked in the LivePR Checker its showing 6 in most of the datacentres and few others showing 7 for a long period(3weeks) of time.what might be the possible reason...please help.

have you checked your backlinks in webmaster tools? Could be something as silly as a site that links heavily to yours losing pr, or going offline etc...
