Website not indexed for some languages

Hi there, I have some websites with english as the main language.
Although google indexed the page it is only visible in the serps for a few languages, in my case spanish.

The site seems to be filtered out for some languages and for some not.
The languages that display my page have nothing to do with my content actually, and the webserver is also not located in a country where they speak that language.

Does google prevent to rank pages at all by just not indexing it?
