Google Spamming It's Own Index?

It's bad enough when expired ebay listtings show up for "widgets model 4321"
but WHY are expired Google base pages showing up for hyper-competitive, hyper-popular search terms?

In fact, why are Google-Froogle pages showing up in the organics at all?!
They already have the one box for that.
But to make themselves look even more silly, they place the page in the top 10 and it's their own spammed non-sense.

Once again, blackhatters always a step ahead of ya....
