Hello thakur02, and welcome to the forums.

One factor can be either an advantage or a disadvantage depending on what you hope to achieve. The content of an iframe is contained on a different url than the parent page. So it is not indexed as on-page content, even though it displays in the same window as the parent page.

I don't recommend frames. I have seldom seen a site do well that is using frames. I use inline frames for forms (or to frame in a page from outside the site such as the idx)and I still try to have plenty of content for the parent page. Framing usually leads google into believing it is just a "stub" page and it goes directly into supplemental if indexed at all lately.
