Been down for 4 months and now poor results

I have a site. 2 adsense block

Totally spam free and overseo-tech free.

I uploaded my site about one year ago but for 4 months (from august to november) I had to delete it and I left only a blank page as index page; others page = 404.

Now, about from early december, I started to grow this site again.

Totally unique content, organic link campaign, no spam and useful services for users...but from december till now the site is extremely poor in results.

I can see new cache, I use google webmaster tools and I can see that crawler gets pages...but it seems that my site is in a limbo...for some keywords (30.000 results) my site should be in first position for sure but sometimes it is in 4th page..and sometimes it isn't in first 200!

I think the only method should be good linking..but till now it doesn't work for me.

If you were down for that long - and you've done significant rebuilding, then it's likely Google is treating you as a 'new site'. It will take time.
