PR Goes up - Visits go way down! whats going on?

Hi, my site is currently a PR5 with about 30 or so PR4 pages. The thing is I am now getting around 1500 visitors a day while I used to get well over 8,000.

The weird thing is that this decline happened very suddenly when I barely redid the frontpage of my site, I just added some new styling and rearranged it. And back when I was getting 8,000 visitors a day, my site was PR4 with only a couple other pages with PR3. This all happened in about a week.

Whats going on!?! any help is surely appreciated.

Let's start with some basics. Is the loss being seen across all prior sources of traffic, or just some?

Just from google, that is where about 75% of my traffic comes from.

Check this thread [webmasterworld.com] and see if there is any correlation. It may not be personal (although I understand that, for you, it also is totally personal).
