What's the fastest and slowest time it's taken members to get a site up and going with traffic in the SERP's? ( assuming that you did everything normally and well? )

.......

We've had all our sites , consisting of around 50,000 pages approx lined up to burst out of the starting blocks since August 06, primed to achieve stunning results folliwing months of preperation. Some of them were previously crippled with injuries, such as duplicate content and hacker induced site wide robots.txt ( which was out of the 180 day exclusion period back in Jan06 ) .

Once fixed, they were more or less equal in their capability.

Now do you think we could them to start together? Heck NO. They all leapt off at different times:

Mid Nov - , 2 sites , Spanish and French , same day ( Thurs ) traffic still continuing to climb as deeper pages ranking.
Mid Dec - , 1 site , ( Thurs ) German same as above
Mid Jan - , 1 site , ( Thurs ) Italian same as above
Early Feb - , 1 site , ( Thurs ) English language site , as above .... pumping strongly for 1 week with results coming from the top three levels of URL ( 2 to go )
Now .... 2 sites not even showing signs of producing traffic ... just languishing

.....

I'm interested to hear from members with similar inconsistancy.
