I was doing some searching in DMOZ.org at the bottom of their page there is a list of search engines so if you search for your listing the bottom engines will search their database for your url.

I did this on wisenut it shows hundreds of the dreaded numbered domains linking to my pages internal home products all or most of them. I have had attacks in the past due to <an editorial comment> I have on my site so I assume it is due to this I am targeted.

Not having done aything to change my site add content etc links are good 5 year old site I have been looking for answers and feel this is a possible big one.

They don't show on Google, Yahoo, or MSn and havent really ever thought of doing it in another engine until now.

Are you like me bewildered as to what happened to your rankings well take another look in another search engine might be a common cause.

If others see this in their search post it here as well may be a common ground or I might just be blowing smoke but something had to cause me to lose terms I have had solid for years.

in wisenut just type your domain with or without the http I find more without the http that with

There can be a million pages linking to you without harm; incoming links can ONLY damage you if you are involved.

Check your OUTGOING links, to see if you share any common links.

I check all my outgoing links all the time that is not it.

I agree incomming links are "not" suppose to hurt you but who said that.
This is one reason I never worried about that but I am not so sure it was actually a link as all the sites are now down could actually be a hijacked pages

You are correct I used the term linked incorrectly or loosely I am really not sure if I was linked or hijacked other than I see all the numbered sub domains in the search command.

Remember when the millions of sub domains took over the searches this is what is showing up under the domain command search. This was a loophole in the Google algo

Other than this I have no clue as I have checked and rechecked my SEO clean.
