Dynamic pages indexing problem with Google

Having difficulties with dynamic pages

Hi;

I am running a website. I am now working with content provider. They give me information in XML format.

And i adapt these information to my website. It provides me more than 3000 pages.

My programmer use some tecniques and by a help of go.php makes the url's search engine friendly. But when i submit my sitemap saw that google cant track the urls and give 404 error.

The url's in the original script that content provider give as below:

example.com/competitions.php?competition=19

I want to make them as

example.com/england/premier-league

How can I do this? Also if i use the original script as example.com/competitions.php?competition=19 google can track these urls

What is your suggestions?
