Amazon A Stores - Will Google Index The Pages?

Amazon Associates has a program called "A Stores," which allows people to create an "online store" by picking products or product categories that Amazon sells, and then displaying them on your own website.

The whole thing is delivered through an inlne frame.

I'm wondering if Google would index such a site. If you click on the various links in such a store, the content of the iframe changes, but the url doesn't. That kind of tells me the answer is "no" but maybe I don't really understand it ...
