PR sometmes 5 and sometimes 0 - for six months!

My website shows PR 5 in some datacenters and PR 0 in some

why is this happening?

Its been more than 6 months now

I am seeing this as well. For some reason, they still haven't updated some of the datacenters and they have toolbar pr values from a few updates ago.
