Today, i seeing Back Links is updated, my all site Recently dropped.

Any body seeing this.

We went from 483 backlinks 5 days ago to 280 backlinks 3 days ago to 0 backlinks today

can anyone tell me what this means for our site?

Google updates their reported backlinks a lot more often than they update PR, but they only ever show a sampling of the links they know about. Whatever shows up in the Google link: operator mean nothing about your ranking - it's just a shifting sample of your backlinks.
