PR6 assigned, but still Sandboxed?

Hi everybody,

I have a question here.

The thing is that I have a site that is exactly 9 weeks old, with the recent update it went from PR0 to PR6, that’s pretty exciting but the thing is that If I perform a Google search for the keywords on my main page, I don’t see my site on the first 10 SRPs, and in the first page are sites that are PR5.

The question is if its possible to get pr assigned to a site even if the site is still in the sandbox? What do you think?

I have practically seen this type of results with google toolbar PR.

Are you checking your website with google toolbar installed?

Yes. A sites Page Rank score that shows in the toolbar and its status with regards to the sandbox (or trustbox) are unrelated.
