1. it's good method to exchang link with the website that with height PR and less link out.
2. the less output links in your pages, the more useful for your site.
Does it change now? I have two problems about that.
1. If the website with PR 5, but more than 30 output links in a page. and his partner also have the same PR and same link out. it's useful to exchange with them or not.
2. In my website, I exchange links with these site who have the same PR as ours and also the same link out. I have about 30 or more output links in a page. Does it hurt my own site?
