html and php, which get pr first?

I started 2 new sites at the same time. one in php and one in html. the same among of work is done on both of them. now the html site have pr of 3 while the php site is still 0.

does html get indexed faster?

anyone with similar experience?

The extension is not relevant, Page rank is all or at least primarily about inbound links and is not in any case a site thing, it is an individual page thing.

If you are using multiple variables or session ids in the .php URLs that can have implications for getting your pages indexed, but the extension is immaterial.
