Most relevant results when doing a Site: search on Google?

This is what I ve seen when I did a site: search on Google for one site. Why does Google think the rest of pages are similar to the displayed ones when the title, content are unique for every page and none of the pages are supplemental either.

Are the pages dynamic?

Do they have lots of unique content?

Is there a ton of shared code on each page, dwarfing the uniquity?

Does every page have a unique title and meta description?

Did you know that site:search is utterly useless anyway? :)

do u mean to say site:search is useless on Google?
