My site appears to be out of the sandbox after about 9 monhts of publishing. However, I have no good listings in serps, only listed at about 600-700 range for main keywords, in top ten for very obscure terms. Also have seen a couple other sites in my industry that were previously penalized, not penalized anymore and ranking right up at the top where they were months ago. I am wondering if this is a major algo change or just a lifted filter.
