Moving site to different domain: sitemap or 301 first?
What is the first step to do

I'm about to move my site from 3rd level domain to 2 different domains (site is bi-lingual). I want to keep my PR as it's possible. Site is very large (>100000 indexed pages).
What should I do first: to setup 301 redirect to the new site or to index it's content?

If the site already has a lot of PR, why do you want to move it?

Adsense is nice, but to gain more you need long-term direct advertizers who place their ads for image. They need no 3rd level domain names.
