Am I in Blacklist?

It had very good ranking on G before, but since about a few months ago, it disappeared, and no page indexed by Google. Am I in backlist? Just why? I think it's good quality content pages and not spamming.

Can you tell me what had happened? and what should I do to escape from the backlist? Your kind answer will be greatly appreciated, thanks for your help!
