Limiting results to US

google.ca and google.co.uk offer an option to search only among sites related to those countries.
Is it possible to limit search only to the US?

you can do that easily with the Google toolbar just make sure you have the latest version.

click on the "G" on the text field(where you enter the search term) and choose "USA"
