Search on "First Name Last Name" yields scraped results

I'm always in the habit of searching for my full name in quotes to see if I come up some where I shouldn't.

Well, a client of ours noticed that if she searches for her name in quotes on Google, that after the first two pages of valid results her full name is coming up on 302 forwarding sites with adult URLs. These sites lead to splogs.

I was able to grab a copy of the html before forwarding and it does indeed have her full name and some text (4-5 words) from an article that she wrote and published on the web. And of course it has other nonsense text within the html.

Not sure what to tell her or what I can do to help. Has anyone seen this?
