I did a search on a 5 word search on a product description and man was the results a disaster.
#1 #2 sites what else but a comparision site same site
#3 #4 site comparision same site
#5 #6 subdomain site
#7 #8 msn shopping sie comparision same site
#9 #10 a good site selling product

So out of the 10 1st page results we have 1 uno site

and secound page gets worse but what is really the kicker is I added a couple products in google base this being one of them and it comes up number 14th my product page with a pr4 is 25th 3rd page

What is going on this is really getting to be crazy.

Same search on yahoo brings up one shop comparision site number 7th and the rest are good shows.

I am not saying because my site isn't number one or even in the running but the quality of Google's search is really getting poor.

I know Google's market share has increased so I am guessing this may be the Management trying to manipulate the searches to increase adwords spend.

Just makes me sick looking at some of the searches coming up in different sectors.

---If yahoo or msn would move there search to a faster platform I am sure they would do better as it takes forever to load their front pages to get to their search---. After that it's fine just getting there is costing them a bundle as I use Google more due to the fact it is so fast to come up.

Are you using Google with 10 results per page? It's unusual to have that many indents on a 10 result page
