Is Google Changing its Algorithms?

Does any one have any clue about the Google's new algorithms..
I heard it from somewhere that they are about to update their algo. by the end of 11th Jan...

Is that true?

If someone is aware of, when its changing and what all changes are about to happen, please do let me know.

I've heard no information about an actual change to the algorithm. The current Google algorithm already has many components and the way in which these components are weighted and combined gets changed quite a lot -- sometimes in very small ways and sometimes in very dramatic ways.

Most shuffles to the search results today do not indicate anything really new in the algo, just a different combination of what already exists. That said, yes, in the current moment we are getting reports of some changes:
