Does session ID in the url make it a different url?

Can anyone tell me how google will see for example this two links:

www.example.com/bla/bla.htm and www.example.com/bla/bla.htm;jsessionid=3D2A3D0BAFB18CCA83F8E2F1636BF601

Does it see like same or different thing?

That is called duplicate content if the server returns only a 200 Ok and the same data stream in response to the two requests.

They are 2 different urls.
