I used copyscape to find duplicate content and sites that are using our content without permission. (Darn Thiefs!). I found only one site that is using some of our key statements off of the home page. Well, I worked hard on that home page and the sentences and words are carefully constructed, but overall, 72 words are copied.
Would you bother? It is not a lot, but it is two key statements! More importantly, would Google bother?
